This full-time CDL Driver role involves providing shuttle services between a manufacturing facility in Bern, KS, and a warehouse in Lawrence, KS, ensuring safe and timely delivery of products in compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities- Communicates with logistics and facilities to coordinate deliveries and pickups based on production schedules.
- Operates trucks and equipment to load, unload, and disperse products while maintaining accurate logs and equipment records.
- Adheres to DOT, GMP, HACCP, and SQF procedures, ensuring safety, food safety and product integrity.
- Maintains a clean, safe work environment, reports repairs and operates forklifts as needed.
- Provides exceptional customer service and assists other departments when required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- At least 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work in a team.
