CDL-A Truck Driver 1900 to 2200/WK Home Weekends Rider & Pet Welcome (Full Time)

Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account

Class A CDL Truck Drivers with 3 months verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, OTR – not a yard jockey, trainer, or school) earn $1900–$2200 per week, with the ability to get home every week. Drivers earn $1900 per week and receive a $2,000 sign‑on bonus, plus full benefits after 30 days (Medical, 401(k), PTO, and more).

Pay Breakdown: starting at $0.70–$0.80 CPM, with raises every six months. Earn $25 per stop and $240 per trailer unload, averaging $1900 per week; top drivers can earn over $2,200 per week.
Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000 – $500 after first load, $500 after 30 days, $1,000 after 60 days.
Home Time:
Be home weekly and on weekends 80% of the time.
Touch Freight: 100% touch freight – place lightweight boxes (1–18 lbs) on a conveyor belt. No inventory, stocking, or store entry required.
Modern Equipment:
Freightliner and International trucks with automatic transmissions and APUs.
Paid Training: 5 days of paid training at $150 per day.
Benefits: PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k) after 30 days.
Rider & Pet Policy:
Bring your rider and pet after completing training.

Requirements

Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last three years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
No more than two moving violations in the last two years.
No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last five years (includes accidents resulting in injury, jackknife, or rollover).
No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last two years.
No more than three preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last two years.
No more than three major or minor accidents in the last two years.
No more than three jobs in the last year.
If previously terminated from a job for safety, you must have six months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
