- Class A CDL with 2+ years of experience

- 23 years of age or older

- No serious violations in the past 3 years

- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

- No SAP program

- No more than 3 jobs in the past year

- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

Pay:

• Flatbed/Specialized: $0.65/mile with a $0.05/mile over dimension pay
• Estimated annual earnings: $80,000–$110,000
• Up to a $0.05/mile safety/performance bonus

Driver Overview

• Routes: OTR, regional, or dedicated positions in select areas. Home time varies by route, with weekly or bi-weekly options.
• Pay: Up to $93,600 per year; CPM $0.64–$0.70; $0.02/mi raise after 6 months; potential per diem up to $0.15/mi (up to $440/week).
• Freight: 100% no-touch dry van; 60% drop & hook; $20 stop pay.
• Sign-on: $5,000 plus $500 orientation.
• Benefits: Health, vision, dental, 401(k) with match, PTO, holiday pay, HSA, disability.
• Equipment: Modern, < 18 months old.
• Culture: No inward-facing cameras; strong support and communication.
• Bonuses: Referral program up to $4,500 per referral.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 22 years of age
• 6 months recent OTR experience (Company) or 6 months recent OTR (Lease)
• No substance abuse programs within the last 10 years

What You'll Do

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times
• Unload products with pallet jack or by hand and place in storage areas
• Verify delivery with customers and obtain signatures
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
• Provide professional customer service and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections

What You Bring

• Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• CDL Class A with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
• Six months of driving experience (any industry) or three months in food/beverage delivery
• English proficiency
