Join our dynamic team as a Material Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in managing and tracking supplies and materials throughout the installation process. This position requires a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of material handling and inventory management.

• Shop and track supplies and materials upon arrival at the job site against the given manifest.
• Maintain and secure materials as needed, checking in and checking out materials for the installation process.
• Maintain accountability of identified spare parts in the material handling database.
• Order and track replacement parts for damaged items during installation.
• Set up a secure area for material storage and maintain both digital and written logs of parts issued and returned.
• Transport materials throughout the facility to support the installation process.
• Participate in on-site meetings as required.

• Basic computer skills
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong accountability and communication skills
• Basic forklift skills (nice to have)
• OSHA 10 certification (nice to have)

This is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, KS.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
