Office Manager

We are looking for a dependable Office Manager to support daily operations in a small office environment in California. This part-time contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized, assisting with customer interactions, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. The role works closely with office leadership and requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee routine office activities to help maintain an efficient and well-organized workplace
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the purchase of office supplies and essential materials
  • Welcome visitors, respond to incoming inquiries, and provide courteous front-desk support
  • Assist with customer communication and offer bilingual Spanish-English support when translation is needed
  • Support basic accounts payable and bookkeeping tasks by organizing records and tracking office expenses
  • Work directly with office leadership to manage administrative priorities and day-to-day operational needs
