We’re a busy shop looking for a solid Service Advisor who already understands the flow of an automotive repair shop.

You don’t need to be perfect — but you should be comfortable talking with customers, presenting work, and keeping things organized in a fast day.

• Talk with customers and understand concerns
• At times Build Estimates and Present technician recommendations clearly
• Help customers prioritize repairs
• Keep communication moving during the repair
• Work together with technicians and management

You won’t be alone at the counter — we operate as a team.

• Base pay + performance commission
• Typical earnings range $60,000 – $120,000+ annually
• Many advisors earn $5,000 – $10,000/month

• Previous automotive shop experience (advisor or similar role)
• Comfortable communicating with customers
• Organized and reliable
• Bilingual English/Spanish Required.
