Sales Analyst

Role Description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking and accepting resumes for the position of an on‑site Sales Analyst role located in Salinas, CA. The Sales Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, forecasting trends, providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth, and supporting the team with performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include managing sales reports, and ensuring effective communication of findings to internal and external stakeholders to support strategic decision‑making.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in business intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey insights and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Experience in Customer Service to support and foster strong client relationships
• A solid understanding of Finance principles to analyze budgets, forecasts, and sales performance
• Knowledge of sales processes and strategies to identify opportunities and support sales objectives
• Proficiency in office software, including MS Office, Excel, and Tableau
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
