The Project Coordinator will support the execution and management of sustainability-focused projects. Daily tasks include coordinating project timelines, collaborating with stakeholders, managing project documentation, and tracking sustainability performance metrics. The role requires attention to detail to ensure timelines are met and high-quality deliverables are achieved. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Salinas, CA.

• Strong organizational skills, project coordination, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with task management tools and software
• Knowledge of sustainability practices, ESG principles, and green building certifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report preparation and stakeholder communication
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and liaise with diverse groups of professionals
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the commercial real estate sector or green building practices is a plus
