Esta oportunidad es ideal para personas bilingües con experiencia en ventas, servicio al cliente, call center, cobranza, retail, cashier o atención directa al público.

No requerimos experiencia previa en servicios financieros, ya que Apoyo Financiero ofrece capacitación completa en el ciclo de crédito, educación financiera y manejo responsable del historial crediticio del cliente.

Perfil ideal:

Experiencia previa en ventas, customer service, call center, cobranza, retail, cashier o atención al cliente.

Bilingüe inglés/español.

Gusto por trabajar con metas, seguimiento y servicio al cliente.

Capacidad para explicar información de manera clara, profesional y respetuosa.

Interés en ayudar a la comunidad a través de educación financiera y orientación responsable.

This opportunity is ideal for bilingual candidates with experience in sales, customer service, call center, collections, retail, cashier, or direct customer-facing roles.

Previous financial services experience is not required. At Apoyo Financiero, we provide complete training in the credit cycle, financial education, and responsible credit history management.
