The Alliance is seeking a temporary Member Services Representative in Salinas or Scotts Valley. The assignment runs July–December 2026, with on-site work for the first 3 months and the potential to work remotely 1–2 days per week afterward.
Applicants must be bilingual (Spanish/English) with strong customer service skills and proficiency in Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, and databases. Two years’ experience in health care or related fields is preferred; hybrid options depend on needs.
