Pay

• $70 - $75 per hour

• Active and current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of California.
• Valid Dental X-ray License or Radiology Certification.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR License or Certification.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate competently and express thoughts and ideas clearly.
• Highly organized, motivated, committed, and self-directed work ethic.
• Dependable job attendance.

• At least one (1) year of prior clinical experience as an RDH.
• Experience with Dentrix dental practice management software.
• Experience and comfort embracing and utilizing new dental technology.

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing, in a high-quality clinical setting.
• Conduct thorough patient screenings, assessments, and take accurate dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene techniques, proper nutrition, and preventative care measures.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and document all procedures, findings, and treatment plans accurately.
• Utilize and actively engage with new technologies, such as BOLA AI for analysis, the Wand injection system, and digital scanning for all patients.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with fellow employees and the public.
• Increase professional knowledge and clinical skills through self-study and by attending relevant courses and seminars.
• Ensure dependable job attendance and follow through reliably with all assigned tasks.
