• Produce and revise floor plans, elevations, site plans, and construction detail sheets for ADU and modular home projects
• Turn design concepts and field measurements into accurate, construction-ready CAD drawings
• Support permit submissions and feasibility studies with drawings that are accurate the first time
• Check every plan set against jurisdiction‑specific building code and zoning requirements before it goes out the door
• Partner daily with our Construction Permit Coordinator and project managers to keep drawings aligned with what's actually being built
