- Loan Repayment
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
- Compensation:
Compensation is determined by level of experience.- 1-2 yrs: $255,000
- 3-6 yrs: $271,000
- 7-17 yrs: $287,000
- 18-24 yrs: $303,000
- 25+ yrs: $319,000
- Benefits:
Full medical, dental, and vision insurance, free of any monthly premium charge for the employee. Paid leave includes 5 weeks paid vacation, 11 holidays, 5 paid sick days, and 5 days for CME with a $4,500 allowance. Loan repayment options via NHSC and SLRP. 403(b) or 457(b) retirement plans. Relocation up to $5,000 for in-state and $7,500 out of state.
Licensure/DEA reimbursement, along with full malpractice insurance with tail coverage. - Additional Info:
Supplemental compensation to those providers who agree to work at our outlying clinics in South County.- Gonzales: 15% in addition to regular salary
- Soledad: 15% in addition to regular salary
- Greenfield: 15% in addition to regular salary
- King City: 20% in addition to regular salary
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without US residency with current US work visa.
