Compensation: Compensation is determined by level of experience.
1-2 yrs: $143,375
3-6 yrs: $158,750
7-17 yrs: $168,000
18-24 yrs: $173,000
25+ yrs: $178,000
Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance, free of any monthly premium charge for the employee. Paid leave includes 5 weeks paid vacation, 11 holidays, 5 paid sick days, and 5 days for CME with $4,500 allowance. Loan repayment options via NHSC and SLRP. 403(b) or 457(b) retirement plans. Relocation up to $5,000 for in state and $7,500 out of state.
Licensure/DEA reimbursement along with full malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
Additional Info: Provides comprehensive office-based eye care, including routine exams, vision assessments, and early detection of ocular disease. Evaluates acuity, depth perception, color vision, macular function, and visual fields. Identifies refractive errors and systemic-related eye conditions; prescribes corrective lenses and treatments. Maintains accurate records, develops clear care plans, and educates patients on eye health and prevention. Assists with diagnostic testing, supports a safe and efficient care environment, and collaborates closely with optometrists and clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Supplemental compensation to those providers who agree to work at our outlying clinics in South County.
- Gonzales, Soledad, Greenfield 15% in addition to regular salary
- King City 20% in addition to regular salary
