A skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) is sought for a school-based contract position located in Salinas, CA. This role supports students from pre-school through high school, providing essential therapy services that enable children to participate fully in their educational environment. The contract begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year, with the option to work summer hours.

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students with a caseload under 40, addressing individual needs to support their academic and functional skills.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school policies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and adapt therapeutic approaches as needed.

• Active Occupational Therapist license in California.
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of students across various age groups, from pre-school to high school.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate care within the educational setting.

• Full-time position, 37.5-40 hours per week, 5 days per week.
