Assistant Site Supervisor (Monterey County)
To assist Site Supervisor with operation of pre-school and/or childcare and development center, ensuring that a quality program which meets contractual obligations, requirements, and MAOF standards is provided.
Qualifications- Minimum two (2) years of progressively more responsible administrative experience.
- Site Supervisor Permit from CTCC, required.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
- Health & Safety Certified.
- Physical and mental fitness to engage in management service in children’s centers.
- Love for children and ability to work with people harmoniously. Evidence of emotional maturity, stability, tactfulness, and the ability to provide professional leadership.
- Must be fingerprinted (State law).
- Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Must possess own vehicle at all times, a valid California Driver’s License and appropriate automobile insurance.
- Ability to maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the public; work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues; and complete projects under tight deadlines even when there are requirements and changes in assignments.
