BGCMC is seeking an Impact Leader I, Education to support literacy and intervention for K-5 youth at BGCMC in Monterey County. Part-time, non-exempt role with afternoon hours, primarily Monday to Friday 1:00 pm–6:00 pm, up to 25 hours weekly.
You will mentor youth, lead activities, assist with curriculum like Read Naturally and Levered Math, track participation, and help maintain a safe, engaging learning environment. Strong classroom management and bilingual English/Spanish are highly valued.
