Location:
Salinas, CASalinas Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated rehab team. We offer flexible scheduling options, including Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN, within a supportive, resident-centered post‑acute and skilled nursing environment focused on exceptional clinical outcomes.
What You’ll Do
* Provide high‑quality physical therapy evaluation, treatment, and care planning for post‑acute and long‑term care residents
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and medical providers
* Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
* Document services accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
* Educate residents and families on therapy programs, safety, and functional goals

What We’re Looking For
* Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing

* Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills
* Prior SNF experience preferred but not required — new grads welcome!
