Natividad may offer up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus to candidates hired into a full-time position.

Under general direction, the incumbent will plan and administer occupational therapy to patients as prescribed by a physician; and to do related work as required.

Minimum qualifications include possession of a valid Occupational Therapist license issued by the State of California, or the ability to obtain prior to start; two years of work experience as a registered Occupational Therapist; and graduation from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association, the World Federation of Occupation Therapy or another nationally recognized occupational therapy association.
