Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel Contract

Location: Salinas, CA (Not the right fit? We have additional PT opportunities available throughout California.)

Pay: $2,600 per week

Contract Length: 13 weeks (extension possible)

Schedule: Day shifts | 36–40 hours per week

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a busy Outpatient Clinic in Salinas, CA. This 13-week travel assignment offers competitive weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a diverse orthopedic and musculoskeletal patient population. Whether you’re an experienced outpatient therapist or a new graduate with strong clinical rotations, we encourage you to apply.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice
• Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, and sports-related conditions
• Implement therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation per clinic and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong manual therapy and orthopedic skills a plus
• New graduates with outpatient clinical rotations welcome
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (or ability to obtain upon offer)
