Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Salinas, CA. This is an on-site role ideal for clinicians who are passionate about hands‑on care, functional outcomes, and working closely with an aging population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence–based interventions
  • Focus on improving balance, strength, and functional mobility
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Educate patients and caregivers to support long‑term functional independence
  • Participate in discharge planning and provide home‑care guidance when appropriate

Qualifications
  • Licensed (or license‑eligible) Occupational Therapist in the State of California

  • Experience in inpatient, skilled nursing, or related settings is a plus—but not required
