Job Description:

Seeking passionate and adaptable Travel COTA needed for a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care focused on improving functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents
• Communicate effectively with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards

Requirements:

• Active OTA License
• SNF Experience Preferred (Mentorship Available for Those with 0-1 Year Experience)
• Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills
• Flexible and Collaborative Mindset
• Preference for Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday Schedule
