• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing home health physical therapy services preferred.
• Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week.

• Shift schedule: 5 days per week.

Provide in-home physical therapy that improves function, reduces pain, and supports patient independence. Work with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans. Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory and payer requirements to support quality outcomes.

The city is approximately 20 miles from Monterey Bay and 10–30 minutes from Salinas River State Beach and Toro County Park.
