Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - Skilled Nursing Facility Location

This is a 13-week contract position.

We are seeking a clinically compassionate Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to evaluate and treat patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

• Evaluate and treat SNF patients
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
• Potential floatation to sister facilities within walking distance

• Active CA OT License or in process under the 60-day rule
• Preferred SNF experience; new graduates are welcome with mentorship available
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Flexible and collaborative mindset
