** Your Impact & Specialized Responsibilities:**
* ** Advanced Hand Diagnostics:
** Conduct comprehensive evaluations of the hand and upper extremity, including sensory testing, ROM, and strength.
* ** Post-Surgical Protocols:
** Implement evidence-based recovery plans for tendon repairs, fractures, nerve compressions, and joint replacements.
* ** Custom Orthotic Fabrication:
** Design, fabricate, and fit custom splints to protect healing tissue and maximize functional outcomes.
* ** Functional Integration:
** Bridge the gap between clinical exercises and daily life using our state-of-the-art ADL simulation suite.
* ** Interdisciplinary Leadership:
** Serve as the subject matter expert for the rehab team on all upper extremity and hand-related rehabilitation.

* Qualifications:

**
* ** Licensure:
** Current, valid
** California Occupational Therapist (OTR)
** license.
* ** Specialization:
** Proven experience in Hand Therapy. (CHT certification is a plus, but significant clinical experience in hand specialty is accepted).
* ** Technical

Skills:

** Proficiency in manual therapy, wound care, and custom splinting.
