** Your Impact & Responsibilities:**
* ** Clinical Implementation:
** Work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality therapeutic services and restorative interventions.
* ** Functional Training:
** Deliver skilled treatments focusing on ADLs, functional mobility, and compensatory strategies to improve resident independence.
* ** Progress Tracking:
** Monitor and document resident progress accurately and timely in accordance with California state and federal guidelines.

** Communicate effectively with the OT, nursing staff, and medical team regarding resident status and discharge goals.
