County of Monterey's Health Department seeks a full-time Public Health Nutritionist II for the Nutrition Case Management program. The PHN II assesses nutritional needs, develops personalized plans, and supports Medi-Cal clients via home visits or telehealth.
In addition to WIC duties, the PHN II provides nutrition consultations, trainings, and coordination with community partners. Requires RD certification, BS in Foods and Nutrition, and one year of public nutrition experience.
