Full-Time, Part-Time & PRNPay: $58.00–$70.00/hour, DOENew Graduates Welcome | H1B Sponsorship Available | Tuition Reimbursement Join Our In-House Rehabilitation Team Pacific Coast Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our premier in-house rehabilitation program in Salinas.

We offer a collaborative, supportive environment with advanced therapy resources, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. Our rehabilitation program includes a large therapy gym and a fully equipped ADL Suite designed for practical, real-world functional training.

Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.

Provide evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence, ADLs, cognition, and upper-extremity function.

Utilize the ADL Suite for realistic, goal-oriented functional training.

Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary therapy team.

Supervise COTAs in accordance with California practice guidelines.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives.

Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home programs, safety, and equipment use.

Qualifications Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing.

Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills.

Commitment to resident-centered care and interdisciplinary teamwork.

New graduates are welcome to apply.
