- Active licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY considered); school‑based experience highly desirable
- Ability to work with K‑5 age groups in a collaborative educational setting
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Deliver speech‑language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 35 K‑5 students
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and school staff
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with educational standards
