At CSD,
Clinical Leader Intern supports the design and delivery of evidence‑based behavioral health services for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or related developmental disabilities. Working under the supervision of a licensed or credentialed Clinical Leader, this role assists in implementing treatment plans aligned with physician recommendations across home, school, and other natural settings.
Starting Pay: $20–$29 per hour, based on experience

About The OpportunityAs an Clinical Leader Intern you will:
Direct Client Support- Provide 1:1 ABA services using play‑based, evidence‑based strategies
- Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders
- Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills
- Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings
- Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility, supported by senior clinicians
- Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in‑field coaching opportunities
- Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity
- Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders
- Collaborate with Training and Operations teams as part of your learning experience
- Kids reaching meaningful milestones through consistent, compassionate care
- Families feeling supported, informed, and hopeful
- You building confidence — not just as a Behavior Specialist, but as a future clinical leader
