** hands-on internship designed for future Clinical Leaders**.At CSD,
** Clinical Leader Intern
** supports the design and delivery of evidence-based behavioral health services for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or related developmental disabilities. Working under the supervision of a licensed or credentialed Clinical Leader, this role assists in implementing treatment plans aligned with physician recommendations across home, school, and other natural settings.

** Clinical Leader Intern
** you will:### Direct Client Support
* Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies
* Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders
* Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills
* Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings### Early Clinical Leadership Exposure
* Carry a
** limited caseload with added responsibility**, supported by senior clinicians
* Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching opportunities
* Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity
* Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders
* Collaborate with Training and Operations teams as part of your learning experience

This role is
