- Meet or exceed patient load targets and contribute to territory pipeline goals.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.

- Engage in regular professional development to stay current with best practices.

- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with active state license.
- Doctoral or master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

- Ability to develop and implement data-driven therapy plans with measurable milestones.
- Knowledge of privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA) and ethical clinical practices.
- Proficiency with documentation and electronic health records (EHR) to track progress.
- Experience delivering telepractice and on-site clinical services.
- Strong collaboration skills with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to meet patient load targets and contribute to pipeline goals.
- Ongoing professional development; participation in supervision and mentorship.
