Role:
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in therapy services within a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities, Qualifications,Key Duties:
- Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat SNF patients, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and complete documentation in Point Click Care electronic medical record system. - Qualifications:
Active California license, SNF experience preferred; mentorship available for less experienced candidates; strong documentation and time-management skills; flexible and collaborative attitude. - Key Duties:
Provide patient evaluations and therapy, possibly assist at related facilities, and ensure accurate documentation.
Experience in SNF, documentation proficiency, teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to float within nearby facilities.
