Travel Physical Therapist
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, develop, and modify patient care plans in an acute care setting. Supervise PTAs and support staff, ensure billing compliance, interface with medical personnel, understand adaptive equipment, and utilize electronic systems for documentation. Provide timely, accurate reports following regulations.
QualificationsMinimum of 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged), valid state license, BLS certification, and ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology is essential.
SkillsStrong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and familiarity with healthcare regulations. Additional certifications may be required.
This role involves working 40 hours weekly with rotating shifts, focusing on delivering quality patient care and effective team collaboration.
