We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiative forward. In this pivotal role, you will support employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws. Your energetic approach will foster a positive workplace culture, support strategic planning, and enhance workforce management across all levels of the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Managing onboarding, orientation programs, training and administration of policies and procedures to effectively integrate employees into the company culture.
  • Support with employee relations and investigations by assisting in resolving conflicts, facilitating communication, and supporting a positive work environment through effective conflict management strategies.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including health plans, workers' compensation claims, and Leaves of Absences to ensure employee well-being.
  • Support with the review and process for Disciplinary Actions and Performance Improvement Plans.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, HR legal requirements, and affirmative action planning.
  • Coordinate HR projects such as succession planning, organization design, and workforce management initiatives to align with strategic objectives.
  • Assist with the coordination of cultural events and fostering an environment that aligns with the mission and values of Wish Farms.
  • Provide additional support to Front Desk and other coverage of other departments as necessary
  • Act as a back-up for payroll processing and timekeeping processes.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as needed.
Skills
  • Experience in human resources administration with an understanding of employment law and HR legal compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external partners.
  • Strong project management capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives including training & development programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration processes including payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated conflict management skills coupled with administrative experience in handling data entry tasks, and employment documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration a plus
  • Previous Human Resources Administration experience with Training and Conflict resolution.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required
  • Strong communications skills, both oral and written
  • Basic computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Valid driver’s license and occasional same day travel
  • Ability to work occasional weekends or holidays
