Audio Visual Engineer

The Audio-Visual Engineer supports and manages the Information Technology collaboration platforms and contributes to delivering audio‑visual and video‑conferencing services. This role works under the Audio‑Visual Engineering Manager in the Information Technology Department.

• Administer and manage enterprise collaboration systems and solutions.
• Manage audio‑visual equipment and video‑conferencing solutions, performing routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
• Assist clients in preparing and configuring video‑conferencing solutions for meetings and live events, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to confidentiality requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and lifecycle management.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training on enterprise video‑conferencing and collaboration solutions.
• Coordinate resources within support teams to ensure operational readiness and appropriate issue resolution.
• Safeguard protected health information in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Integrate security requirements and best practices into IT operations and support activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED;
  Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with audio‑visual technologies.
• Demonstrated independent judgment, discretion, and the ability to work within confidential or sensitive settings.
• Experience in training end‑users on video‑conferencing solutions.
• Knowledge of video‑conferencing hardware, software, and collaboration platforms.

Hourly rate: $38.42 – $48.03.
