Pacific Ag Rentals (PAR) is seeking a Sr. HR Operations & Systems Analyst to lead HR systems, processes, and data integrity across the employee lifecycle.
You will administer the Paycom HCM platform, optimize workflows, perform testing and UAT, and partner with HR, IT, Payroll to deliver scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR operations or HRIS, strong analytical and communication skills, and hands-on Paycom experience.
