BC Systems, Inc is a distribution and cooling company of raw agricultural products. An Assistant Supervisor provides support to all staff who receives, ships, and inventories commodities and related supplies.

• Work outdoors through all seasons and weather types, including wind and rain, and indoors under refrigerated conditions up to 32F, wet, dusty, and noisy conditions.
• Process all documents in both paper and electronic formats in a real-time environment.
• Work day, swing, or night shifts within a 7-day work week schedule.
• Travel throughout the year to support operations in California and Arizona.
• Recognize all types of carton materials, products, and colors used in labeling.
• Monitor direct and indirect operations costs and compare them to budgets.
• Provide tours of the facility as designated.
• Lead and supervise direct reports, ensuring they meet job description requirements.
• Perform annual performance evaluations for supervised employees.

• Literate, English required.

• Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• AS400 PRMS
• Familiarity with cooling equipment.

• Ensure execution of facility and equipment inspections, including 12-Pallet and 6,000-# forklifts, vacuum tubes, and loading dock restraints.

Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
