We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Electronic Assembler to support precision electronics production in a highly regulated manufacturing environment! This role is responsible for assembling
, soldering
, inspecting
, and reworking electronic components and PCB assemblies in accordance with IPC standards and engineering specifications. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude
, soldering expertise
, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement! This position plays a critical role in producing high-reliability products used in aerospace
, defense
, and advanced technology applications.

• Perform production assembly of electronic components, subassemblies, and complex units
• Hand load PCB assemblies following schematics, visual aids, and engineering drawings
• Identify electronic component values and verify correct placement
• Solder various electronic component sizes, including fine-pitch components
• Solder under a microscope with both lead and lead-free materials
• Inspect assemblies and identify/repair soldering defects or anomalies
• Modify, rework, or reassemble units as required
• Read and interpret customer drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Follow ESD prevention procedures and proper product handling standards
• Maintain compliance with acceptance criteria
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of acceptability standards
• Working knowledge of ESD procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and fine motor skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Soldering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience soldering under magnification
• Experience with PCB hand loading and inspection
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-starter able to complete tasks independently

Pay: $22-$25/hr
