Responsibilities
Mission Linen is currently looking or an entry-level Production Supervisor
. This position follows and carries out the directions of the Production Manager, Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager in order to keep a constant and efficient workflow daily, staying within budgeted dollars and hours. Does not directly issue counseling but may inform the manager of policy and working rule infractions.
The Production Supervisor is $25 - $27an hour; the starting salary is based on education, experience, other qualifications, and location of assignment.

- Ability to schedule work flow.
- Ability to supervise assigned work activities in accordance with the organization’s policies.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Monitor and control the loss and abuse program.
- Assist in loading wash wheels for first load of the day.
- Communicate and coordinate department functions.
- Assist Operations Manager with any duties assigned.
- High school diploma/GED or up to one month related experience or training.
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills with customers and employees is key
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
