Sets up and operates the laminator machine to create bulk bins by performing the following duties.

• Set up the laminator accurately and efficiently using proper setup techniques.
• Ensure folds are in the correct area, liners are glued correctly, and add a bottom sheet to cover gaps caused when bottom flaps are folded up.
• Monitor corrugated sheet quality, including loose liner, warp, and correct size.
• Check the glue roller for proper glue application.
• Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed while minimizing waste of sheets and glue.
• Train and assist the Stacker with job duties on the machine.
• Train on other machines to provide back‑up support when needed.
• Complete necessary reports in a neat, accurate and timely manner, which may include but are not limited to:
  Production, Safety and Quality Data, Machine Operational Status, and Maintenance Work Orders.
• Maintain equipment proactively, turn in maintenance work orders for repairs to the supervisor in a timely manner, and follow up that repairs have been made.
• Adhere to the daily production schedule, report any unusual scheduling issues to the supervisor, and make recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality, delivery and customer service goals.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and good housekeeping.
