Salinas Valley Post Acute is a resident‑centered skilled nursing facility committed to delivering exceptional, compassionate care. Our CNAs play a vital role in supporting our residents’ daily needs and ensuring they receive the highest quality of service.

Position Summary We are seeking dedicated and caring Full-Time CNAs to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing staff in creating a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting.
* Provide supportive and compassionate care while maintaining residents’ dignity.
* Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data.
* Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed.
* Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff.
* Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas.
* Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
* Support the nursing team with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
* Active California CNA certification required
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Compassionate, patient, and resident‑focused
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
* Must pass background check and meet health screening requirements
