** Assist residents with essential activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

** Accurately record vital signs and other clinical measurements, reporting any changes in resident condition to the nursing leadership promptly.
* ** Nutritional Support:
** Assist with meal service, hydration, and general comfort needs to ensure resident wellness.
* ** Safety & Advocacy:
** Maintain a clean, safe environment while following all infection control and facility protocols to protect our residents.

* Qualifications:

* ** Licensure:
** Active
** California CNA Certification
