The Opportunity:

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 Bonus (Paid out at 3, 6, and 12 months for Full-Time employees).
• Pay Rate:
  Starting at $21.00+ per hour (Based on experience).
• Schedule:
  
  Full-Time | 4 Days On / 2 Days Off (Consistent and predictable!).
• Shifts:
  
  Day, Evening, and Night shifts available.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

As a CNA, you will provide essential daily care that ensures our residents live with dignity and comfort.

• Personal Care:
  Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Clinical Support:
  Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data.
• Nutrition:
  Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed.
  
  Communication:
  Promptly report any changes in resident condition to the nursing leadership.
• Environment:
  Maintain clean, safe, and organized care areas while following all infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Certification:
  Active California CNA certification (Required).
• Attitude:
  Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused.
• Teamwork:
  Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Requirements:
  Must pass a background check and meet health screening requirements.
