Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Administrator and Director of Nursing (DON) to support daily staffing needs and productivity goals.
* Maintain professional, respectful communication with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
* Assist with reviewing and maintaining staffing schedules to ensure quality resident care.
* Support staff development initiatives, including in-service training programs and educational activities.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in accordance with facility policies.
* Participate in committee meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with facility standards, state regulations, and applicable healthcare requirements.
* Provide high-quality nursing care and support resident well-being.
Qualifications
* Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
* Valid BLS/CPR certification.
* Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
* Positive attitude and a genuine passion for caring for others.
* Willingness to learn and grow within a skilled nursing environment.
