Salinas Valley Dental Care is seeking an experienced Business Team Shift Charge to direct the front-office flow for the day. This internal role leads the business team on the shift, coordinating with the Clinical Floor Coordinator and handling day-to-day decisions when the supervisor is absent.
The Shift Charge will own the schedule, manage patient escalations, ensure calls and coverage are covered, and monitor breaks and shift closing duties.
