Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP)

Pay Rate: $158000.00 - $193000.00
Position Highlights:- Join an established team of 8 OB/GYN Physicians, 1 Nurse Practitioner, 1 Urogynecologist, 1 Urogynecology PA, and Gynecologic Oncology support
- Outpatient clinic located across the street from Salinas Valley Health Medical Center
- 100% outpatient women's health
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No call responsibilities
- Strong physician mentorship and collaborative support staff
- Base salary: $158,000–$193,000
- Additional wRVU productivity compensation
- 30 days PTO (1.0 FTE)
- CME: $2,000 + 5 days

- Minimum 1–2 years of women's health experience as an NP or PA beyond training
