We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with surgical first-assist experience to join a collaborative Women's Health team near Monterey, California.
Responsibilities Include- Providing outpatient OB/GYN care, including annual exams and same-day visits
- Performing inpatient rounding and acting as first assist in gynecologic surgeries and cesarean deliveries
- Collaborating closely with a team of 7 OB/GYN physicians, Urogynecologist, and support staff
- Maintaining strong patient care standards within a Monday-Friday schedule, with no call
- Minimum 1 year of Women's Health experience beyond training
- Eligible for California licensure and hospital privileges as NP or PA
- Demonstrated ability to document at least 25 surgical assists in the past 24 months
- Meet medical staff criteria for surgical first assist
- Base salary between $158,000-$193,000, with productivity incentives
- 30 days PTO, CME allowance, 401(k) with employer match
