A leading organic food company in Salinas is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager. This role involves overseeing food safety and quality assurance across the facility, managing food safety plans, leading root-cause analysis, and training staff in quality processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Sciences and at least four years of relevant experience in the Fresh Processing industry.

HACCP certification is required, while PCQI certification is preferred.
