Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Join 2020 Companies to install, update, and maintain sales floor fixtures, endcaps, and displays for leading tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Work both independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and using mobile applications to complete assignments efficiently.

• Install, update, and repair sales floor fixtures, endcaps, and displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Perform buildouts, resets, and break‑fix repairs to ensure displays are fully functional.
• Respond to field service management within 24 hours of contact and keep availability updated.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Document work with required forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site.
• Manage virtual software and schedule to ensure successful execution of tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed and participate in training and certification programs.
• Maintain accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
• Provide feedback on installations and participate in early‑morning or team installations.

• Age 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent (previous retail or merchandising experience desirable).
• Ability to climb a ladder up to 10ft., lift up to 60lb., kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, and reach overhead.
• Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photos, apps, and internet.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, following planogram directives.
• Must own an Android or Apple device for uploading photos and data.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation; willing to travel up to 90mi. per assignment.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.

• Pay: $20.25 per hour.
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
• Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
• Paid training and optional self‑scheduling flexibility.

Monday–Friday only. Weekends are not required, but weekend assignments may be available as needed. Early‑morning and late‑night work may be required based on store/client needs.

Climb a ladder up to 10ft. in height, safely lift and carry up to 60lb., and be able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle, grasp, and reach overhead.
